Maple Ridge Lapidary Club - Waiver and Release of Liability for 2024

The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges the MAPLE RIDGE LAPIDARY CLUB and its Administrations, Agents, and all other members, the City of Maple Ridge, Maple Ridge Parks, Recreation & Culture and School District 42 who might be claimed to be liable in demands and actions and claims or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever and particularly on account of all injuries known and unknown, both to person and property, which have resulted or may in the future develop from any accident which might occur as result of any social, educational and during the time while being involved with the clubs activities and gatherings. The undersigned hereby declares that the terms of the waiver have been completely read and fully understood and voluntarily accepted and signed this release of liability.

The release is binding on my heirs, executors, assigns, administrators, and me. This is a voluntary release for any and all future injuries or accidents. The undersigned is aware of the risk of attending and participating in social, clubs activities, educational visits and all other events in and on the clubs premises during all hours and hereby assumes all risks. The risks include those foreseen and unforeseen, known and unknown.
