Silversmithing 101

Service Description

New to silversmithing? This structured beginner course is designed to teach you the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group setting. Students will complete four core projects—a ring, chain bracelet, bezel pendant, and a piercing & sawing project—while learning essential techniques and tool use. Classes run twice a month with a maximum of 6 students per session. Participants can work at their own pace, and once all four projects are completed, they’ll be eligible to join open silversmithing studio sessions. The cost is materials only with kits available for purchase at the club. Registration is first come, first served, and initial sessions will prioritize new members or those new to silversmithing.
